Terms of sale

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern purchases made on allergen-matrix.com, operated by KIPDEV SAS, 4 rue des Frênes, 33700 Mérignac, France, RCS Bordeaux 884 120 890, VAT FR17884120890. Contact: contact@allergen-matrix.com. The offers on this site are intended for professionals only.

2. Offers and prices

  • Allergen Matrix Pro — monthly — £12 / month (subscription, no commitment): one site included, £6 a month for each extra site; dated matrix versions, PPDS labels, QR allergen menu
  • Allergen Matrix Pro — annual — £120 / year (subscription, no commitment): one site included, £60 a year for each extra site; dated matrix versions, PPDS labels, QR allergen menu

Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. No VAT is added. Allergen Matrix is supplied by KIPDEV SAS (France) to businesses only: if your business is VAT-registered in the UK, you account for any VAT under the reverse charge; if it is not, there is nothing to do. French VAT does not apply (article 259-1° of the French General Tax Code). The price applicable is the one shown when the order is placed.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made by card on Stripe's secure page; your card details never pass through our servers. You are charged when you confirm the payment. Promo codes are entered on this site before payment and checked at that moment: an invalid code blocks the order rather than being silently ignored.

4. Access to what you bought

Access is granted immediately after the payment is confirmed: the confirmation page signs you in. On any other device, you sign in with a one-time link sent to the email address used at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

The offers are sold to businesses, for the purposes of their trade. The right of withdrawal that protects consumers does not apply. A subscription can nevertheless be cancelled online at any time, with effect at the end of the period already paid (section 6).

6. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to the payment method used at checkout. You can cancel at any time, online, from the My subscription page, or by email to contact@allergen-matrix.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: access remains open until then and no further payment is taken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux (France).
